Rooted in Connection

A Nature-Based Retreat Experience

Step away from the noise. Reconnect with yourself, others, and the natural world.

Reconnect with yourself  through a Digital Detox Retreat

Two days of nature, silence, and mindfulness.
Let go of the noise - and find yourself again.

Do you ever feel like you’re always connected — yet never truly present?

Between emails, meetings, and endless scrolling, there’s little space to breathe.
Your mind is full, your body tense, your heart tired.

Maybe it’s time to pause.

The Digital Detox Retreat is your invitation to slow down and reconnect.

In just two days, you will:

  • Think more clearly and breathe more deeply

  • Feel calm, grounded, and recharged

  • Learn how to create digital balance in your daily life

This weekend retreat offers space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect. Set in a peaceful natural setting, it blends mindfulness, reflection, and gentle movement to help you slow down and rediscover balance. Whether you come as an individual or with your team, this experience invites you to return to your natural rhythm — grounded, clear, and inspired.

Held from Saturday morning to Sunday afternoon, the retreat blends mindful presence, nature connection, and restorative rest. Surrounded by trees and open space, you’ll be guided through practices that invite calm, clarity, and renewal.

Whether you’re seeking grounding, reflection, or quiet companionship, this experience offers time to breathe deeply, move gently, and return home to yourself.

Retreat Schedule Overview

The retreat begins on Saturday morning and concludes on Sunday afternoon, offering a spacious rhythm of guided practice, rest, and reflection. Each part of the weekend is designed to help you arrive fully, connect with nature, and leave feeling grounded and renewed.

Saturday – Arrival & Grounding

Arrive from 10:00 AM, settle in with a welcome tea, and take time to breathe into the space. We’ll begin with an opening circle and intention-setting practice, gently arriving as a group.

Late morning invites a guided mindfulness walk through the surrounding nature — a chance to slow down, listen, and reconnect with your senses.

After a nourishing vegetarian lunch, the early afternoon unfolds with forest bathing and quiet reflection, allowing you to move deeper into stillness. A short tea break follows, offering time to rest or journal.

As the day softens, we gather for creative reflection — this may include journaling, drawing, or simply sitting in silence. There’s time for rest before sharing an evening meal prepared with care.

The evening closes with a guided relaxation and reflection, easing into quiet time. Participants staying overnight can continue to rest in the peaceful surroundings or retire to the nearby partner hotel.

Sunday – Integration & Renewal

We begin the morning with gentle movement or meditation, followed by breakfast for those staying nearby. The morning continues with reflective journaling and quiet time, allowing space to integrate what has emerged.

Late morning brings a group reflection and integration session, followed by a closing circle to gather insights and set intentions for the days ahead.

A light vegetarian lunch is shared before we part ways, with departures by 3:00 PM — leaving time for a slow, mindful return home.

  • Meals are vegetarian and locally sourced.
