Begin with a gentle welcome circle and grounding meditation. The day unfolds with mindful walking, forest bathing, reflective journaling, and shared silence. A nourishing vegetarian lunch and evening meal are provided. The day closes with a guided relaxation and quiet reflection. 

Sunday | Integration & Renewal | 

Begin the morning with soft movement or meditation, followed by a reflective session to integrate insights. A closing circle invites you to set intentions for the weeks ahead. The retreat concludes after lunch, leaving space for a slow, mindful return to daily life.
